Four pillars of our work

Pharmaceutical quality

Our procedures, processes and standards are built on a pharmaceutical quality management system. We are certified by the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate for Good Distribution Practice and undergo regular external audits. We are authorised to import and distribute, within the European Union, active substances used in the manufacture of medicinal products. Regardless of the final use of a substance – pharmaceutical, food (including dietary supplements), cosmetics or veterinary – we work to standard operating procedures and a quality management system supervised by the pharmaceutical authorities.

Qualified suppliers

Under our quality management system, manufacturers of active substances and subcontractors for key processes (including storage and transport) are subject to formal qualification and periodic evaluation. Our supplier qualification and supplier oversight processes give us confidence that subcontractors can deliver services of the required quality, that API manufacturers can produce and supply the pharmaceutical substance in line with pharmaceutical law and the individual requirements of the end customer, and that their quality assurance system ensures consistent quality parameters.

Rare and speciality substances

Our range includes a wide selection of unique substances. We are authorised to trade in products of animal origin and category 3 animal by-products intended for use, among others, in the manufacture of medicinal products, medical devices (including active implantable and in vitro diagnostic devices), cosmetics and veterinary products. We are experienced in handling ADR-classified and flammable goods, as well as products that require controlled temperature and humidity (e.g. active substances for vaccines).

Flexibility and speed

We are an organisation that adapts easily to change. We act fast and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Most deliveries are shipped directly from the manufacturer against the end customer’s individual order. Fewer transport stages and storage locations allow us to minimise quality risk. Beyond the substances in our standard range, we also offer dedicated sourcing of rare substances or those with specific quality requirements. We can analyse the market and identify potential manufacturers for any raw material in a short time.

Scope of cooperation

End-to-end service

In each product market we work closely with selected manufacturers from third countries and the European Union whom we have qualified beforehand. This cooperation is usually based on exclusive representation and long-term partnership, so that we can provide our Clients with products and pre- and after-sales services of the highest quality.

We create an environment for a two-way flow of information between manufacturers and end customers. We have access to the complete registration documentation of the products we offer, which for pharmaceutical active substances includes, among others, ASMF / CEP, GMP, Written Confirmation (where applicable) and the required manufacturer statements.
